ANHO Celebrates 45 Years
Academy for Nursing and Health Occupations (ANHO) is excited to celebrate over 45 years of excellence. Since its inception, ANHO is proud to have educated and graduated over 10,000 nurses and healthcare workers. The school was established in 1978 by Lois Gackenheimer Richards, PhD Ed, MSN, RN. ACEN Accreditation
ANHO has received notification from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) that the ACEN Board of Commissioners has granted continuing accreditation with no findings. The PEER Evaluators were impressed with ANHO’s community relationships and identified these relationship as a strength.This has been a remarkable five years since ANHO’s initial accreditation. Institutional Accreditation- COE
CONGRATULATIONS ANHO Faculty and Staff!In 2023, ANHO hosted a site visit by the Council on Occupational Education to reaffirm accreditation. COE found the institution in compliance with all 10 Standards of accreditation. Accreditation is only granted once an institution provides proof that it has met specific standards and acceptable levels of quality.
